Pausing lead delivery

If you, or one of your LOs is going out to be out of the office, it is a good idea to pause their lead delivery. If you are the only user on the account, do not pause your lead delivery.
Go to Services/Support tab. Select User Manager.Select the “Lead Delivery Options” tab.

Check the box next to “Pause ALL lead delivery?” to prevent leads from being sent to this user. Click “Update”.
