Changing a status of a lead

When you have talked to a borrower, or taken a new step with them, it's important to update that status of the lead.
1. Hover over CRM.
2. Select Current Contacts.
3. Click the name of the lead whose status you are changing.
4. Select the desired Status.
5. Click Save
Emails may be delivered based on the status. Contact your account rep if you have questions about how emails are delivered to your leads.
