Changing a status of a lead

When you have talked to a borrower, or taken a new step with them, it's important to update that status of the lead.
Go to Leads>Current Leads. Click the name of the lead whose status you are changing. On the left side of the screen, select the status of the lead. Emails may be delivered based on the status. Contact your account rep if you have questions about how emails are delivered to your leads.
