Changing the status of a lead

 
You can use a status to indicate where your leads are in the loan process. If your lead is not a borrower (maybe a realtor) then the status would not matter and you may choose a generic status such as "imported." If you are going to utilize our preloaded drip campaigns it is important to know how to change the status of a lead so that you can make sure you are delivering the appropriate emails. 
 
Change status using Quick Edit
 
The quick edit feature allows you to edit the status of a lead without leaving the home page. You can access the quick edit window by clicking onlocated next to the name of the lead
 
1. Click on the quick edit button
2. Select the appropriate status from the drop down window
3. Click Update
 
 
 
Change status using Bulk Actions
 
The bulk action feature allows you to edit the status of multiple leads in one fell swoop. Use the steps below to apply the same status to a batch of selected leads.
 
1. Begin by placing a check mark next to the name of the lead(s)
2. Under Bulk Actions locate the following
3. Select the appropriate status from the drop down window
4. Click on Change Status of Selected
 
 
 
Change status from inside the contact details
 
By clicking on the name of a lead you can edit their contact information. You can also update the status of a lead from this window.
 
1. Click on the name of a lead
2. Locate Status:
3. Select the appropriate status from the drop down window
4. Click on Save All at the bottom of the page
